Title Down's swimmer in paralympics fight

A Down's syndrome swimmer from Suffolk who has been banned from competing in the Paralympic Games is taking his fight to Parliament.

Tom Cole, 18, of Great Waldingfield, near Sudbury, was told his "intellectual disability" makes him ineligible and that he would have a physical advantage over others.

His family says the rules are unfair and wants a new category to be created.
