Learning 4 Leadership at Transition is a project which aims to give young people the skills and knowledge needed to shape their own lives, once they have left school or college.
Transition Innovations Project is a consultancy programme which aims to support organisations and local authorities in Barking and Dagenham to improve support and training for young people with learning disabilities.
What Kind of a Future? was an action-based project that aimed to enhance social inclusion of young people with Down's syndrome after they had left school or college. The project consisted of two phases:
Phase 1: Interviewing young people on their lives after full time education which fed into an easy read publication
Phase 2: A series of workshops based on the findings of phase 1, for young people and their supporters
We Can Dream! was a pilot project that followed the lives of four young people with Autism Specturm Disorders as they planned for the future, through the use of Person Centred Planning and Circles of Support.
