Take in the sights and sounds of the capital of England.

 

The BUPA London 10,000 will be starting and finishing in Green Park. 

 

Run the route of Olympic athletes and be part of this showcase event for London in the lead up to the Olympic games in 2012.

 

The 10k course will be based on the loop the Olympic marathon runners will use, before heading east.

Join the Foundation for People with Learning Disabilities' winning team and make a difference to people's lives now and in the future.

Not a runner?

Even if you are not a runner, you can still join the Foundation for People with Learning Disabilties' cheering team on the day.  Your support can make a huge difference to our runners.
